Standard shipping for power tools takes 3-5 business days. For oversized machinery, please allow 7-10 business days for freight delivery and coordination.
What is your return policy for used tools?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Tools must be returned in their original packaging; however, we accept returns on items that have been tested, provided they are cleaned and undamaged.
Do my tools come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all products sold by Tool Monster are covered by full manufacturer warranties. We also offer an optional 'Monster Protection' extended service plan at checkout.
